Sophia, Ama Pokuah; hmmm I can't  believe I'm  writing your tribute. Just last November 2021, you called and we had a long conversation which was rather unusual of you.  I was the one who normally called.  
As part of our chat, you talked about where I could even get fufu to eat whenever I didn't have help of someone  pounding.  Ah yes! the typical Sophia, always trying to help ease situations.  You promised to come home so you could show me around your favourite places but  ........
Your Dad, Honourable J.S.B. Ossei of blessed memory  introduced us on our first day at Swedru Secondary  School *( SWESCO )* to become friends in the year 1972. Since then I've become like a sister to you; and your whole family welcome me as such.
I'm still going to keep those special memories of you which I believe will always bring a smile. 
If only I could have you back for just a little while,  then we could sit and talk again.  You always meant so very much. And always will do too. 
The fact that you're no longer here will cause me pain. But dear, you're forever in my heart. Rest peacefully.
